Free UK Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all orders under £30 to mainland UK addresses. Smaller orders for items such as covers and accessories may be subject to a small delivery charge, which will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Times

Most orders are dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery typically takes 1-2 working days from dispatch.

We will keep you informed of your order's progress via email.

Delivery Notifications

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Our courier partners may also send SMS updates on the day of delivery.

Delivery Locations

We deliver to all UK addresses, including:

  • Mainland UK (free on mattresses)
  • Scottish Highlands & Islands (small surcharge may apply)
  • Northern Ireland (small surcharge may apply)
  • Channel Islands and Isle of Man (please contact us for a quote)

International Delivery

We currently only deliver within the UK. If you're located outside the UK and interested in our products, please contact us to discuss options.

Returns

30-Day Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. You have the right to return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please contact us first.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us: Email us at info@cotmattresscompany.com to arrange your return
  2. Pack the item: Place the mattress back in its original packaging if possible. If not, use suitable protective packaging
  3. Ship the item: We will provide you with return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
  4. Receive your refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 14 days

Condition of Returns

To receive a full refund, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging where possible
  • Complete with all accessories and covers

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Used items: Mattresses that have been opened, slept on or show signs of use (for hygiene reasons)

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item or your item develops a fault, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for:

  • A replacement to be sent at no extra cost, or
  • A full refund including original delivery costs

We will cover the cost of returning faulty items.

Warranty Claims

All our mattresses come with a 12 month warranty covering manufacturing defects. If you believe your mattress has developed a fault covered by warranty:

  1. Contact us with your order details and a description of the issue
  2. We may ask for photographs to assess the problem
  3. If the claim is valid, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damage (including packaging)
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your returned item. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or card provider.
