My lovely comfy cot mattress arrived today and what a wonderful thing it is! Love the organic sheets too - so soft. What a brilliant company you are - makes one proud to be English again.

I wasted money on two fibre cot mattresses from Amazon - both started dipping after weeks. For the last 3 years my son has been sleeping on a Reassurance pocket sprung mattress from you. It looks as good as the day it was delivered, no denting. The zippy-on toppers are a godsend!

Massive thank you to your cot mattress experts! I phoned the helpline about finding a mattress size for a 30 year old cot. He right away said "You have built the cot wrong, the base is upside down!" He was spot on. We now have a lovely mattress that fits a lovely cot.

Seven years ago we purchased a pocket sprung cot mattress from Amazon - it had a big dent in less than 5 months. We then bought your Reassurance mattress. My first son used it for 4 years, my second son has used it for nearly two years. The mattress is still as good as new!

I ordered a mattress size I was certain was right. Your helpline insisted I needed a different size. The mattress arrived and fitted perfectly - turns out you sent the size HE said, not what I ordered! Sneaky but brilliant. The mattress is perfect in every way.

Just received a Moses basket mattress from you - the coir and coolmax one. Unbelievable - just gorgeous, really really gorgeous! So supportive and luxurious. We paid £50 for the Moses basket and the mattress inside was so thin and flimsy I thought it was part of the packaging!

He said "Think about putting your older child in a single bed and use the same mattress for the new baby - it will last you five more years." You saved us money and did yourself out of a sale!

Less than 3 hours after talking to you on the phone, I'm home with my super mattress! My Amazon mattress had horrendous fumes. You made my mattress while I drove to meet you. He arrived in a convertible with the roof down and a big box sticking out! What company would do that?

I had a gorgeous 40+ year old cot from Canada. Four companies said they couldn't do the size. Your gentleman described the cot in detail, said the size isn't made in the UK but there's a way round it. He made me a curved foam extension covered in waterproof fabric - you can't see it under the sheet. Extraordinary knowledge!

This is so very odd! Ordered a mattress for a cot that had been in my parents' loft for 35 years. Got a phone call: "May I talk to you about the size?" After re-measuring, I had ordered the wrong size! Turns out you deduced from the size that I was far from any IKEA when they sold that cot. Worth a call to get it right first time!

In 2006 we bought an Excellence mattress. Somebody in your company promised me faithfully it would not dip or dent. The Cot Mattress Company EasyChange mattresses are great value - this is the second one purchased for number two. They last and last. Your video explaining how they work is very informative. The zip off toppers are brilliant, the Coolmax cover is superb luxury, the whole mattress is fabulous.

I brought this cot back from Canada 35 years ago, now wanted it for my grandson. I couldn't find the mattress size on Google. Your helpline guy laughed and said I had built the cot wrong!
